Behind the Steven G. Fall Model Workshop
This year's fall model workshop was nothing short of amazing! I had an incredible team of creatives that enhanced the looks even better than I would've imagined; from the makeup artist who created simple looks and later transformed them into editorial art, the hairstylist who created innovative styles that complimented and enhanced the models' features as well as the overall look, and the wardrobe stylist who craftily pieced together pieces from some of the most talented designers and boutique owners around. We truly made magic.
Meet The Team
I initially created the model workshop to create an opportunity for models to enhance their portfolios, create development points and a great networking opportunity with other creatives. I also wanted to utilize this opportunity to create something magical with some awesome editorial work that would allow any image to stand out in everyone's creative books. I believe we did just that.
There was a lot of planning that went into the workshop. Each team member was hand selected and their work was thoroughly reviewed to ensure they would be the best fit for the model workshop. Thank you team for making it all possible. I also wanted to be sure of the perfect location to accommodate all of the models, team members, and additional items that were needed. Artis Event Space took care of every need. We also had to have food because "Feed the Models" of course. Couldn't have lasted the 6+ hours without being rejuvenated with one of the best catering companies Green Designs and Catering providing excellent ready made food and drinks.
